球(qiu)磨(mo)機中的(de)(de)主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)(yao)作用(yong)是對(dui)物料進行沖(chong)擊(ji)破(po)碎,同時也起到一定(ding)的(de)(de)研磨(mo)作用(yong)。因此(ci),鋼(gang)球(qiu)進行級(ji)配的(de)(de)目的(de)(de),就是要(yao)(yao)滿足這(zhe)兩方面的(de)(de)要(yao)(yao)求。粉碎效(xiao)果的(de)(de)好壞直接對(dui)粉磨(mo)效(xiao)率產(chan)生影響,并最(zui)終影響球(qiu)磨(mo)機產(chan)量,能否達(da)到粉碎要(yao)(yao)求取(qu)決于鋼(gang)球(qiu)的(de)(de)級(ji)配是否合理,主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)(yao)包括鋼(gang)球(qiu)大小、球(qiu)徑級(ji)數、各種(zhong)規格(ge)球(qiu)所占比例等。
確定這(zhe)些參數除了要(yao)考慮(lv)球磨機(ji)規格大小(xiao)、球磨機(ji)內部(bu)結構、產品細度要(yao)求等因素外,還要(yao)考慮(lv)入(ru)磨物(wu)料的特性(xing)(易磨性(xing)、粒(li)度大小(xiao)等)。
要使物料得到有效粉碎,在確定級配(pei)時必須遵循這(zhe)樣幾個原則:
首先,鋼球要有(you)足夠大(da)的(de)沖(chong)擊(ji)力,使具備足夠能量以擊(ji)碎(sui)顆粒物料,這與鋼球的(de)最大(da)球徑有(you)直接(jie)關(guan)系。
其次(ci),鋼球(qiu)對物(wu)(wu)料要有足夠多(duo)的沖(chong)(chong)擊次(ci)數,這(zhe)與鋼球(qiu)填充率和平(ping)均球(qiu)徑(jing)有關。當裝填量一定(ding)時,在保證足夠沖(chong)(chong)擊力的前(qian)提(ti)下,盡量減小研磨體直(zhi)徑(jing),增加鋼球(qiu)個數來提(ti)高對物(wu)(wu)料的沖(chong)(chong)擊次(ci)數,以提(ti)高粉(fen)碎效率。
最后,物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)磨機內有(you)足夠的(de)停留(liu)時間,以(yi)保證物(wu)料(liao)被充(chong)分粉碎,這(zhe)就要求所配(pei)鋼球(qiu)要有(you)一定的(de)控制物(wu)料(liao)流速的(de)能力。
所謂兩級配球(qiu)(qiu)法,就(jiu)是使用(yong)(yong)大(da)(da)小兩種不同規格,并且二(er)者直徑相(xiang)差較大(da)(da)的(de)(de)鋼(gang)球(qiu)(qiu)來進行(xing)級配。其理論依(yi)據是,大(da)(da)球(qiu)(qiu)之間(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)空隙(xi)由小球(qiu)(qiu)來填(tian)充,以(yi)充分(fen)提高鋼(gang)球(qiu)(qiu)的(de)(de)堆積(ji)密度(du)(du)。這樣,一(yi)(yi)方(fang)(fang)面(mian)可提高磨(mo)機的(de)(de)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)擊(ji)能(neng)(neng)力(li)和沖(chong)(chong)(chong)擊(ji)次數,符合研(yan)(yan)磨(mo)體的(de)(de)功能(neng)(neng)特點,另一(yi)(yi)方(fang)(fang)面(mian),較高的(de)(de)堆積(ji)密度(du)(du)可使物(wu)料(liao)(liao)能(neng)(neng)夠得到一(yi)(yi)定的(de)(de)研(yan)(yan)磨(mo)作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)。在兩級配球(qiu)(qiu)中(zhong),大(da)(da)球(qiu)(qiu)的(de)(de)作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)主要是對物(wu)料(liao)(liao)進行(xing)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)擊(ji)破碎,小球(qiu)(qiu)的(de)(de)作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)一(yi)(yi)是填(tian)充大(da)(da)球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)空隙(xi),提高研(yan)(yan)磨(mo)體的(de)(de)堆積(ji)密度(du)(du),以(yi)控制(zhi)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)流速,增加研(yan)(yan)磨(mo)能(neng)(neng)力(li);二(er)是起能(neng)(neng)量傳(chuan)遞作(zuo)用(yong)(yong),將大(da)(da)球(qiu)(qiu)的(de)(de)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)擊(ji)能(neng)(neng)量傳(chuan)遞給物(wu)料(liao)(liao);三(san)是將空隙(xi)中(zhong)的(de)(de)粗顆粒(li)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)排擠出(chu)來,置于大(da)(da)球(qiu)(qiu)的(de)(de)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)擊(ji)區內。
機(ji)械(xie)結構(gou):
球磨機(ji)由給料(liao)部(bu)、出料(liao)部(bu)、回(hui)(hui)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)部(bu)、傳動部(bu)(減(jian)速機(ji),小傳動齒輪,電(dian)(dian)機(ji),電(dian)(dian)控(kong))等主要部(bu)分組成(cheng)。中空軸采(cai)用鑄(zhu)(zhu)鋼(gang)件(jian),內(nei)襯可(ke)拆換,回(hui)(hui)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)大齒輪采(cai)用鑄(zhu)(zhu)件(jian)滾齒加(jia)工(gong),筒體內(nei)鑲有耐磨襯板,具有良好的耐磨性。本機(ji)運轉(zhuan)(zhuan)平穩(wen),工(gong)作可(ke)靠。
球磨(mo)機主機包括筒(tong)體,筒(tong)體內(nei)鑲有用耐磨(mo)材料制成的襯,有承(cheng)載筒(tong)體并(bing)維系其旋(xuan)轉的軸承(cheng),還要有驅動(dong)(dong)部分,如電(dian)動(dong)(dong)機,和傳動(dong)(dong)齒輪,皮帶輪,三(san)角(jiao)帶等。
關(guan)于叫(jiao)葉片的零(ling)件(jian),一般不是主要部(bu)件(jian),在進料(liao)端(duan)的部(bu)件(jian)進料(liao)口內有內螺(luo)旋(xuan)可(ke)稱其內,在出(chu)料(liao)端(duan)的部(bu)件(jian)出(chu)料(liao)口內有內螺(luo)旋(xuan)也可(ke)稱其內螺(luo)旋(xuan)葉片。
另(ling)外在出料端(duan)的(de)輔助設備中如果(guo)用,在該設備里(li)會(hui)有叫螺旋葉片的(de)零(ling)件,但是嚴格的(de)說,它已(yi)經不算(suan)球磨機的(de)零(ling)件了。
